“This new range is the best beef jerky I've ever eaten by a large margin. The slightly fatty finish of the wagyu gives a softer, more pliable finish and the flavour is about 20% stronger as the fat traps the marinade better. I took 4 bags up on a lads trip to Gnaraloo and all of the guys I went with agreed it's the best they'd ever eaten. Since getting back, everyone's ordered a couple of kgs each because it's so good. The other thing I like about the product, is the ingredients are very simple and there's no nasty additives so it's good for our kids to (they love the softer texture). Overall, a phenomenal product that's made locally here in WA from local grass fed wagyu - full marks from me!”

— Nathan B.It was bloody delicious! It's probably the best jerky I've had in ages, honestly! I'm usually a bit trepidatious with wagyu jerky because the fat can be a bit overwhelming or make for too oily / fatty texture, but I felt yours struck the perfect balance.
The stand out for me was probably the teriyaki, although I haven't tried the bush lime or the chilli, but will be trying those next time.
Love your website as well, it's very sleek and makes you feel like you're buying a premium product.
