Before we ever made a gift box, people were already buying our Wagyu jerky as gifts.

With Father's Day approaching, we finally had the push we needed to make it happen.
We brought together some of our favourite West Cape products and packed them into a gift box designed specifically for us.

Why Wagyu?

Every batch of our jerky starts with carefully selected Australian Wagyu, chosen for its natural marbling. That marbling brings richness to the beef and helps create the tender, satisfying texture that makes West Cape different from the very dry, firm jerky many people are used to.
Our marinades are blended using our own recipes, and every batch is given the time it needs to develop flavour throughout the cut.
